1½ oz. orgeat syrup
6 sage leaves
3 oz. fresh-squeezed orange juice
Splash soda
Muddle orgeat and 5 sage leaves in glass with ice. Add orange juice and more ice, shake and strain. Top with a splash of soda and garnish with remaining sage leaf.
